• $250 of your tuition is a non-refundable deposit and is applied toward your total program fees. 
• Early Bird pricing is available for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively. 
• Withdrawals made within 6 weeks of the program start date are non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and program expenses have been committed.. 
• Monthly payment plans are available. All tuition must be paid in full no later than the first day of the training. 
• Certification requires full attendance, successful completion of all required assignments, and satisfactory completion of the final practicum. 
• Required textbooks and course materials are not included in tuition. Please wait until your training has been confirmed before purchasing any required texts. 
• Final program details, preparation information, and any pre-course materials will be emailed prior to the start of the training. 
•  In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled by Vidya Yoga Academy, all tuition paid, including your deposit, will be refunded in full.
